The role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Wholesale Coordinator to support the execution of our wholesale strategy. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintenance of critical business data, nurturing strong partner relationships, and enabling the smooth running of the wholesale department.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in an admin or similar role within a luxury or contemporary fashion business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to prioritise.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills to liaise with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
