The role

As a Sales Advisor, you will be a passionate brand ambassador, delivering an elevated and personalised client experience that reflects DeMellier’s values and commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. You will build genuine, lasting relationships with clients, creating memorable experiences and bringing the story behind each DeMellier piece to life through meaningful storytelling, product expertise, and a deep understanding of the brand’s purpose. Success in this role is measured not only by sales performance but by your ability to cultivate a loyal client community, inspire repeat engagement, and contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within luxury, premium fashion or premium lifestyle retail.
  • Strong clienteling skills with evidence of building and retaining a client book.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for luxury service and creating memorable client experiences.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs.
  • Positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Right to work in the UK.
