The role
- 2–3 years’ experience in events, PR, brand marketing or a related role, ideally within luxury fashion, accessories, beauty or lifestyle.
- Demonstrable experience coordinating events, activations or experiential projects from planning through to execution.
- Highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Confident working with external suppliers, venues, agencies, talent and partners.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects while working closely with and escalating appropriately to the PR & Events Manager.
- Strong attention to detail, with an understanding of the standards required to deliver premium luxury brand experiences.
- A confident written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced event environment.
- Commercially aware, with an interest in how events and experiences contribute to brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, social platforms and relevant PR, event and reporting tools.
- Flexible and willing to support events outside standard office hours when required.
- Collaborative, positive and comfortable working cross-functionally across Marketing, Creative, Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce and Operations.
