The role
The Logistics Executive will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficient coordination across logistics, freight, inventory management, wholesale operations, and fulfilment activities. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, freight partners, warehouses, and customers, the role is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and data integrity across all systems. As a pivotal member of the Operations team, the Logistics Executive will contribute across inbound and outbound logistics, freight coordination, stock management, order fulfilment, reporting, and operational projects, helping to ensure the seamless flow of products and information throughout the supply chain. The successful candidate will be highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management.
- Strong understanding of 3PL operations and warehouse processes.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience within retail, fashion or distribution environments is desirable but not a must.
