Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning to ensure resilience of critical systems as the business scales.
- Commercial & Budget Ownership: Own the IT and business systems budget, ensuring spend is aligned to business priorities and delivers clear return on investment. Lead commercial negotiations with technology and systems vendors. Make strategic decisions on build vs buy, vendor selection, and long‑term platform viability.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Maintain senior‑level relationships with ERP, e‑commerce, and technology partners to ensure delivery quality and strategic alignment. Act as the escalation point for critical system or vendor issues. Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Marketing leadership to align systems capability with business needs.
- Team Leadership & Capability Development: Lead and develop a high‑performing IT / Business Systems function.
