The Art Director is responsible for bringing DeMellier's creative vision to life across campaigns, shoots, and brand content. Working closely with the Founder/Creative Director, this role leads the execution of visual concepts from idea through to delivery, ensuring every output reflects the brand's elevated aesthetic, craftsmanship, and storytelling. This is a hands-on, senior creative role with ownership of shoot direction, visual quality, and creative execution across all channels, while championing the DeMellier customer and brand values in every decision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of visual concepts from idea through to delivery across campaigns, shoots, and brand content.
  • Own shoot direction and visual quality, ensuring outputs reflect the brand's elevated aesthetic, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the Founder/Creative Director to translate concepts into finished work across channels.
  • Maintain strong project management, timelines, and organizational processes to support efficient production.
  • Balance creativity with commercial awareness in decision-making.
  • Act as a collaborative, flexible team player in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 10+ years of Art Direction experience within luxury or premium fashion, accessories, beauty or other brand-led high-end consumer products.
  • Highly creative mind with exceptional visual taste level and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience leading shoots end-to-end with high-quality output.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • Balances creativity with commercial awareness.
  • Great team player who enjoys working in a high-paced environment.
