The role at DeMellier is to support the smooth running of our logistics operations and office environment, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods, maintaining strong relationships with 3PL partners, and upholding an efficient, welcoming workplace aligned with our brand values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise gifting orders in collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of high‑profile requests.
  • Monitor deliveries post‑dispatch, liaising with couriers and internal stakeholders to secure successful delivery and swift issue resolution.
  • Track and manage returned gifting orders, ensuring accurate warehouse processing and discrepancy resolution.
  • Coordinate Sample, Archive, and Sample Sale stock with 3PL partners, ensuring readiness, accuracy, and clear documentation.
  • Create and release Pre‑Advice in Priority and WMS systems to support efficient stock intake and processing.
  • Oversee customs‑related returns, ensuring all documentation and labels comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage ad‑hoc orders for photoshoots, gifting exceptions, and sample stock with appropriate approvals and timely execution.
  • Support wholesale shipments during peak periods, ensuring smooth and efficient dispatch operations.
  • Analyse logistics performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on key operational metrics to support informed decision‑making.
  • Assist in the implementation of systems, processes, and operational projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures.

Facilities & Office Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and procurement, ensuring availability of essential items while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office‑related queries, providing a responsive and solutions‑focused approach.
  • Oversee office maintenance, coordinating repairs and ensuring a safe, well‑functioning environment.
  • Process and track office expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
