- Specific Responsibilities:
- Talent management: conduct annual reviews, review development needs, coach and mentor staff, implement succession planning, promote positive working environment.
- Health & Safety: ensure compliance with policies and legislation, create safety plans, promote near miss reporting, conduct safety tours, manage contractor approvals, ensure risk assessments and documentation are up-to-date.
- Contract Delivery: deliver budget, meet KPIs, prioritize repairs, maintain service records, manage spare parts and contractual hours.
- Technical Direction: utilize DMMS, complete safety critical PPMs, manage legislative requirements, control obsolescence, standardize maintenance practices, ensure compliance with industry standards and directives.
