This role offers autonomy in managing EMEA Intercompany recharges, partnering with finance controllers to validate data, and leading specialized projects.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EMEA Intercompany recharges, coordinating actuals and forecasts.
• Validate financial data with the Center of Excellence and functional controllers.
• Perform variance analyses for actuals and forecasts per country.
• Create executive summaries for leadership review.
• Consolidate EMEA Capex data for actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Analyze initiatives impacting Capex growth.
• Partner with EMEA teams for financial analysis and reporting.
• Support allocation model analyses for budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead projects like PowerBI automation, cash flow optimization, and other improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or similar.
• Extensive experience in financial controlling/reporting within group companies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple countries in an international environment.
• Experience in matrix organizations and stakeholder management.
• Skilled in analyzing large financial datasets and presenting at executive level.
• Adaptable to change, analytical, and critical thinker.
• Knowledge of financial planning tools (Oracle EPM advantageous).
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools (SAP/SAP4HANA).
• Proficient in MS Office, with experience in PowerBI/Tableau preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial.
