Job Overview
To provide first line support to all equipment detailed within the CS contract, primarily ensuring delivery to both Dematic and the Customer’s expectations with the aim of achieving KPI targets at all times.

Responsibilities
- To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times and promote a positive H&S culture.
- KPI focused with a mentality to over achieve where possible
- Provide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the Dematic contract.
- Maintain product flow at all times.
- Provide basic fault resolution and contribute towards complex faults alongside the engineering team
- As required, provide assistance in maintenance and breakdown situations to the engineering team
- To work within the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices
- To drive 5S and value-add practices across site
- Prioritisation of multiple system faults
- To ensure quality of output at all times
- To accurately record all work undertaken
- Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities
- To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations
- To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company
Qualifications
- Basic key-skills and basic IT competency
- SafePass, CSCS Card (desirable)
- Previous experience/knowledge of automated systems, warehouse or production environment
- Working at height experience (desirable)
- Demonstratable history of safe working and contribution towards a positive working culture
