The Role
We\’re looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Generalist to join our team on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our UK, Irish, and Nordic operations while gaining experience in a global matrix organisation. In this role, you\’ll align HR initiatives with business goals, foster a high‑performing culture, and support key organisational development projects. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing culture.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a key communication link between employees and leadership.
Supporting the Global OCTR Process Locally
- Drive local implementation of the Global OCTR process.
- Support annual pay and bonus reviews across UK, Ireland, and Denmark.
- Promote effective use of performance management systems.
- Identify opportunities to upskill leaders and enhance team capability.
Organisational Development
- Lead organisational change and growth initiatives.
- Facilitate engagement activities, workshops, and team development.
- Identify and address talent gaps and learning needs.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with local legislation and updated regularly.
- Manage labour relations and mandatory negotiations.
- Coordinate audits and mitigate HR‑related risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of UK, Irish and Nordic labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
