Hidden Hearing is one of the UK's leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life-changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for an Ear Care Practitioner (Wax Removal) to work in our Kensington, Temple Fortune and Maddox Street clinics.
Basic salary - £ with bonus.

You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and a supportive team of managers. You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 30 hours per week, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of services to Hidden Hearing patients, including but not limited to:
- Wax removal
- Hearing screenings and referral to HAD for testing where appropriate
- Patient service and support
- Accurate assessment of clients to provide the best agreed solution to wax removal needs and subsequent management of ear health
- Deliver a high standard of customer care in line with HH expectations
- Comply with professional, legal and company expectations & requirements
- Maintain full and accurate patient records
Job Requirements:
- This role is ideally suited to a hearing care assistant; however, full training will be given if the candidate can demonstrate the skills necessary to perform the role.
- Experience of patient care and customer service to a high level
- IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment
- Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload

- The ECP role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
- Membership of BSHAA is encouraged, but not mandatory.
- ECPs are required to keep their knowledge and skills up to date with regular CPD.
