We’re seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective running of our company and grey fleet. This pivotal role will oversee the full vehicle lifecycle, compliance, and reporting, while working closely with HR, Finance, and external suppliers.
Hours: 30 hours per week
What you’ll do:
- Manage acquisition, disposal, and maintenance of vehicles
- Oversee accident management, inspections, repairs, and PCN administration
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and insurance documentation
- Monitor costs, fuel, mileage, and supplier contracts
- Ensure compliance with UK legislation, insurance requirements, and company policies
- Arrange driver training, licence checks, and inductions for new starters
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel within the UK when required
- Experience with fleet management software
- Knowledge of UK fleet legislation
