We are looking for a friendly, patient-focused Ear Care Practitioner to join our welcoming team at our Hull Hearing Centre, working 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm).
Salary: £17,304 per annum
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in healthcare, hearing care, or customer service who enjoys making a genuine impact every day. What You'll Be Doing
- Performing professional wax removal procedures
- Conducting hearing screenings and referring patients for further assessment where appropriate
- Providing outstanding patient care, service, and support
- Assessing clients' needs and recommending the most appropriate ear care solutions
- Promoting ongoing ear health and patient wellbeing
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Hidden Hearing's high standards
- Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records
- Adhering to all professional, legal, and company policies and procedures
