- Cold outreach to ICP prospects
- Write or coordinate all event copy (landing pages, ads, emails, social)
- Build and optimise event landing pages and registration flows
- Webinar and event execution
- Manage webinar platforms and live delivery
- Coordinate speakers, prep sessions and dry runs
- Ensure a polished, professional attendee experience
- Conversion and follow-up
- Own post-event follow-up – attendee and no-show nurture, sales handoff
- Build event-led nurture sequences
- Work closely with sales/founders to convert interest into meetings
- Measurement and optimisation
- Track performance across the full funnel: registrations, meetings booked, pipeline and revenue generated
- Use data to improve topics, formats, promotion and targeting
- Be opinionated about what works and stop what doesn't

- Discounted gym membership
- Monthly socials
- Free Pilates and running classes
- Cycle-to-work scheme
