Hello! We’re DemandMore, a friendly fast growth performance marketing agency based in leafy Islington, London. Our goal is audacious but achievable: to become Europe’s leading independent performance marketing agency in the next 10 years. Off the back of a series of recent client wins, we are looking for a new Graduate Biddable Media Executive to join our fast-growing team.
We’re a friendly bunch who are serious about performance, with the founding duo having run their own companies previously or worked at some of the UK’s top performance marketing agencies. We provide a fun working environment, one where everybody’s opinions are heard and influence the direction of the company. We expect you to work hard and, in return, we can offer you unmatched opportunities to learn and develop. We’re a small business, and you can be involved on every level. We want to grow fast, and promote from within whenever possible. This means you will have great opportunities to progress your career in terms of responsibilities and your pay packet!
We challenge each other and give constant formal and informal feedback, to make sure we are always growing from a personal and professional standpoint.
About the Grad Scheme
We run a rolling graduate scheme throughout the year. There is a steep two-month learning curve where you’ll receive intensive training, learning from some of the best minds in the industry. Our founders are regularly published in leading industry publications and together we have managed tens of millions of pounds worth of ad spend for some of the UK’s biggest companies. From the first day, you will be assigned a mentor. Through structured training, they will teach you everything that you’ll need to know to run wildly successful paid media campaigns across Google and Facebook Ads. The programme will finish with you completing your exams to become Google and Facebook certified, and being assigned your own set of accounts to manage.
What’s in it for you?
- A competitive salary (£25k)
- 25 Days Holiday
- Dental and Optical cash plan
- Employee assistance program
- Discounted gym membership
- Monthly Socials
- Free Pilates and Yoga classes
- Cycle to work scheme
- Season ticket loan (if you choose to come into the office)
