We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth, expand corporate partnerships and increase visitor numbers for a leading digital experience in London. Reporting to the Exhibition Manager, this role is responsible for developing and executing corporate and group sales strategies, building strong commercial partnerships, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. The position will play a key role in positioning the exhibition as a premium destination for corporate events, private functions and brand activations. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong business development skills who thrives on creating partnerships, identifying new markets and delivering measurable sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate & Group Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase corporate bookings, group visits and ticket revenue.
- Identify, approach and convert corporate clients, educational institutions, tour operators and group organisers into long-term partners.
- Proactively build relationships with organisations participating in events and conferences at Exhibitions and Convention Centers to generate group visits.
- Expand the exhibition’s reach by establishing new distribution channels and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities and actively drive conversions to achieve revenue targets.
- Venue & Event Sales
- Position the museum as a premium venue for corporate events, private receptions, brand launches and exclusive experiences.
- Actively generate and convert leads for venue hire and private events.
- Build strong relationships with event agencies, corporate clients and venue bookers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and manage client relationships from initial enquiry through event delivery.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure successful and high-quality event experiences.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, partners and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse market opportunities and implement initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Marketing Collaboration
- Support marketing initiatives designed to increase visibility, drive visitor engagement and generate sales leads.
- Contribute to campaigns targeting new audience segments, corporate clients and group organisers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships within sectors such as culture, tourism, events, entertainment, hospitality or experiential venues.
- Proven track record in corporate sales, group sales, venue sales or event sales.
- Strong experience working with corporate clients, event agencies, tour operators, or educational institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build partnerships and close sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Highly results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and growth-oriented environment.
