Commercial Growth Marketing Partnerships Lead
The Commercial Growth, Marketing & Partnerships Lead serves as the principal commercial execution partner to the Experience & Commercial Director, translating strategic objectives into measurable commercial outcomes.
The role leads the execution of growth initiatives, optimizes marketing and distribution performance, develops strategic partnerships, and drives revenue across all commercial channels.
While the Experience & Commercial Director retains overall accountability for commercial strategy and business performance, this position plays a critical role in delivering sustainable growth, maximizing visitor acquisition, and enhancing the overall commercial success of Timewalk.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Growth & Revenue
- Execute the commercial growth strategy developed by the Experience & Commercial Director.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and revenue streams.
- Drive sustainable growth across ticket sales, ancillary revenues and commercial partnerships.
- Monitor revenue performance across all customer segments.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting and commercial planning.
- Recommend initiatives that increase visitor numbers, profitability and revenue per visitor.
- Continuously review commercial performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Performance & Customer Acquisition
- Work closely with internal and external marketing teams to ensure all campaigns deliver measurable commercial results.
- Monitor customer acquisition performance across all digital channels.
- Analyze marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, CLV and Marketing ROI.
- Review Meta, Google, Tik Tok, CRM and email marketing performance.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness based on ticket sales and revenue generation rather than only marketing metrics.
- Recommend audience targeting improvements and campaign optimization.
- Support customer journey optimization from awareness to ticket purchase.
- Collaborate on CRM, loyalty and retention programs.
- Evaluate influencer marketing and affiliate marketing performance.
- Ensure all marketing investment contributes directly to commercial growth.
- Pricing, Yield & Revenue Optimization
- Support pricing strategy through demand analysis.
- Monitor occupancy, ticket demand and booking behavior.
- Recommend dynamic pricing initiatives.
- Analyze competitor pricing and promotional activity.
- Support yield management strategies to maximize revenue.
- Review ticket mix and visitor behavior.
- Recommend promotional campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
- Ticketing & Distribution Channels
- Manage commercial relationships with Fever and other ticketing partners.
- Oversee OTA, affiliate and reseller performance.
- Monitor ticket inventory and commercial availability.
- Improve direct booking performance.
- Identify new distribution partners.
- Ensure commercial consistency across every sales platform.
- Monitor channel profitability.
- Strategic Partnerships
- Develop strategic partnerships that increase brand awareness and ticket sales.
- Build relationships with tourism organizations.
- Develop commercial partnerships with hotels, concierge networks, airlines, transport operators and destination marketing organizations.

- Build relationships with inbound tour operators.

- Present recommendations to the Experience & Commercial Director.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Visitor Experience, Finance and Education teams.
- Ensure commercial initiatives are operationally deliverable.
- Coordinate commercial campaigns across departments.
- Support launch activities and new commercial initiatives.
- Foster collaboration between commercial and operational functions.
- Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial growth, business development, tourism, attractions, hospitality or entertainment.
- Experience working with ticketed attractions, museums, immersive experiences or visitor attractions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of commercial marketing and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing partnerships and distribution channels.
- Experience working alongside marketing agencies and digital teams.
- Experience interpreting marketing analytics including GA4, Meta Ads, ROAS, CAC, CLV and conversion metrics.
- Experience managing B2B relationships and commercial negotiations.
- Proven ability to grow revenue through strategic initiatives.
