What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and managing client relationships across Germany and Europe.
- Winning new business through proactive outreach and consultative conversations.
- Leading executive search projects from briefing through to placement.
- Identifying and engaging senior-level candidates.
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess leadership capability and motivations.
- Advising clients on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategy.
- Managing negotiations and closing deals.
- Working towards clear revenue targets in a performance-driven environment.

You'll play a key role in driving revenue, strengthening partnerships, and shaping leadership teams across the DACH region and beyond.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5+ years' experience in sales, business development, account management, recruitment, or another client-facing commercial role.
- A proven track record of working towards and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and a consultative mindset.
- Resilience, ambition, and a desire to progress quickly.
- A genuine interest in people, business, and long-term relationship building.
- Fluency in German would be a strong advantage, but is not essential.
