Documentation Administrator .
The company operates within a highly discreet, relationship-driven environment, delivering exceptional products and experiences to an international UHNW clientele.

The Role
Working closely with the Client Experience and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for ensuring documentation, CRM records and client information are maintained to the highest standards.
You'll play a key role in supporting client projects, coordinating information across departments and ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and professionally managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Relationship and Commercial teams with administrative and sales support activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation and client databases.
- Coordinate import/export, logistics and supporting documentation where required.
- Research and maintain historical, ownership and provenance information relating to client assets.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and external partners to ensure accurate information flow and exceptional service delivery.
About You
- Previous experience in administration, sales support or documentation management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong CRM and database management skills (Hub Spot experience advantageous).
- Experience within luxury, private client, automotive, logistics or other detail-critical environments would be beneficial.
- Professional, discreet and highly organised with excellent communication skills.
