As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the company’s commercial strategy and lead its sales and business development operations. Your focus will be on increasing market share, building scalable sales processes, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Sales Leadership: Design and implement strategic sales plans that drive growth and exceed performance targets. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
