Are you a driven sales professional with a technical background, ready to take your career to the next level? A market-leading company specializing in steelwork connection solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Engineer to cover Asia Pacific (Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australasia)

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive market growth by working with distributors, engineering firms, and contractors to increase specification sales. This is a vastly underdevdeloped market for the business with huge potential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with engineers, project managers, and specifiers to secure product specifications
• Managing and expanding the APAC distributor network
• Identifying new market opportunities and building key relationships
• Providing technical expertise and training to partners and customers

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in selling a technical product within construction, machine building or engineering
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Experience of working in Asia Pacific.
• Willingness to travel across the region (c.60-70% international)
