Junior Recruitment Consultant – US Technical Market
Northwich, Cheshire | Hybrid | Circa £25k - £35k base DOE + uncapped commission
We’re growing the US team here at Delve Search and we’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join us at our HQ in Northwich.

What we're looking for
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tenacious, personable individual who is willing and able to learn, follow an effective process and ultimately want to develop their career within technical recruitment.
You might be a fresh grad or have some experience in the likes of a call centre, estate agency, any type of B2B sales - it doesn't matter too much what the company does it's more about your capability to transfer your skills into a busy recruitment environment. You will need to be confident about picking up the phone and have conversations, effective at organising your day, understand the importance of building strong relationships and working to company values day to day as we apply our values to our every day activities.
What will the role involve?
You’ll work closely with technical businesses across the US, managing the recruitment process from the initial conversation all the way through to placing the right person.
Beyond the initial training period, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Building new relationships and winning new business
- Sourcing and engaging with technical candidates
- Canvassing good candidates out to market
- Taking detailed job briefs and understanding what clients really need
- Managing vacancies from start to finish
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Building your own network and reputation within your specialist market
Due to the time difference in the US, you will be required to work 3 days a week on a late start/finish to make sure your time is optimised speaking to candidates and clients.
