National Business Development Manager – Parts Division

Are you a relationship‑driven sales professional who thrives in the field and loves being the face of the business? We’re working with a leading UK specialist vehicle manufacturer to recruit a National BDM for their growing parts division, which currently generates over £20M in annual revenue. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected brand in a market with strong customer loyalty and real growth potential.

The Role

As National BDM, you’ll take ownership of developing and managing a portfolio of both new and existing B2B customers across the UK. You’ll be out on the road, building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You’ll be the face of the company in the field – representing a high‑quality parts offering with technical credibility and genuine enthusiasm.

  • Develop and grow sales across a UK‑wide customer base
  • Nurture existing relationships and win new business
  • Deliver a consultative, solutions‑based sales approach
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding into product development and customer service
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial and technical teams to hit growth targets
  • Proven field sales experience, ideally in automotive, parts, industrial, or technical B2B markets
  • A self‑starter who enjoys autonomy and ownership
  • Strong relationship builder – confident with both technicians and senior decision‑makers
  • Commercially savvy, with a keen eye for identifying new opportunities
  • Full UK driving licence and happy to travel regularly
