Are you a scientist, laboratory technician or engineer looking to move into a customer-facing technical role?

Our client is a well-established international manufacturer of scientific instrumentation used across pharmaceutical, food, chemical and research industries.

To support customers throughout the UK and Ireland, they are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer .

The Role

  • Preventative maintenance and servicing of laboratory instrumentation
  • Installation and commissioning of new systems
  • Technical troubleshooting and customer support
  • Building long-term customer relationships

Following comprehensive training in the UK and Europe, you'll become responsible for managing your own customer visits and schedule, working closely with scientists and engineers across a diverse range of industries.

About You

  • Degree or experience in a science or engineering discipline
  • Interest in instrumentation and problem solving
  • Organised and customer-focused
  • Full UK driving licence

Laboratory, analytical instrumentation or qualification experience would be advantageous, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
