A wellâestablished manufacturing business based in Cheshire is looking to add to their team with an ERP Specialist. They have recently gone live with a new ERP system and are now looking for someone to take full ownership of the platform. This is a standalone, handsâon role where you will act as the internal ERP expertâsupporting users across finance, manufacturing, procurement, inventory and sales, while driving system stability, adoption and continuous improvement.
The Opportunity
You will be trusted with endâtoâend responsibility for the ERP environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. Itâs a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, problemâsolving and being embedded in the dayâtoâday operations of a manufacturing business.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for all ERPârelated support and queries
- Troubleshooting system, data and process issues across the business
- Managing user access, security roles and permissions
- Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and system configurations
- Supporting upgrades, patches and system enhancements
- Liaising with ERP vendors and implementation partners
What Theyâre Looking For
- Proven experience supporting an ERP system in a live environment
- Comfortable working independently in a standalone ERP role
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills
- Confident communicator with both technical and nonâtechnical users
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (highly beneficial)
- Knowledge of reporting tools, system configuration or SQL is an advantage
