A well‐established manufacturing business based in Cheshire is looking to add to their team with an ERP Specialist. They have recently gone live with a new ERP system and are now looking for someone to take full ownership of the platform. This is a standalone, hands‐on role where you will act as the internal ERP expert—supporting users across finance, manufacturing, procurement, inventory and sales, while driving system stability, adoption and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

You will be trusted with end‐to‐end responsibility for the ERP environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem‐solving and being embedded in the day‐to‐day operations of a manufacturing business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all ERP‐related support and queries
  • Troubleshooting system, data and process issues across the business
  • Managing user access, security roles and permissions
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and system configurations
  • Supporting upgrades, patches and system enhancements
  • Liaising with ERP vendors and implementation partners

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience supporting an ERP system in a live environment
  • Comfortable working independently in a standalone ERP role
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
  • Confident communicator with both technical and non‐technical users
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (highly beneficial)
  • Knowledge of reporting tools, system configuration or SQL is an advantage
