A world-class manufacturing business that produces precision components for global markets is growing their Finance team. They’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with operations and procurement, helping drive cost visibility, control and performance across the site.
The Role
- Analyse material, labour and overhead costs
- Provide margin, variance & manufacturing cost analysis
- Partner with production & supply chain on cost improvements
- Support budgeting, forecasting and stock/inventory valuation
- Strengthen cost controls and accuracy within ERP/MRP systems
What They’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA)
- Manufacturing or engineering cost accounting experience
- Strong Excel + ERP/MRP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to challenge, influence and partner across the site
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment
