What You’ll Be Doing
With full training and support, you’ll learn to:
- Research businesses across Germany and Europe to understand market trends
- Identify, engage, and screen high-potential candidates in both German and English
- Conduct interviews to understand candidates’ motivations and career goals
- Support client interactions and help define recruitment needs
- Work towards clear KPIs and revenue goals with structured support
- Collaborate with a high-performing, friendly team
- Build your personal brand on LinkedIn and grow your professional network
You’ll play a vital role in helping clients find the right talent, and in guiding candidates through life-changing career moves.

You don’t need recruitment experience—we’ll teach you that. But you will need:

- Fluency in both German and English (spoken & written)
