I’m working with a global infrastructure and engineering business operating across transport and utilities, who are looking to appoint a Document Controller to support their project delivery teams.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in ensuring all project documentation is accurate, traceable and compliant, working across multiple projects simultaneously. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment but enjoys variety and stakeholder interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the receipt, issue and control of project documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring full document traceability
- Supporting project teams to ensure document control procedures are followed
- Submitting documents to customers and managing incoming documentation
- Working across multiple projects, prioritising workloads effectively
- Attending project meetings and liaising with customers where required

- Experience in a Document Controller or project admin role within engineering, construction or infrastructure
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
