I’m working with a global infrastructure and engineering business operating across transport and utilities, who are looking to appoint a Document Controller to support their project delivery teams.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in ensuring all project documentation is accurate, traceable and compliant, working across multiple projects simultaneously. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment but enjoys variety and stakeholder interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing the receipt, issue and control of project documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring full document traceability
  • Supporting project teams to ensure document control procedures are followed
  • Submitting documents to customers and managing incoming documentation
  • Working across multiple projects, prioritising workloads effectively
  • Attending project meetings and liaising with customers where required

  • Experience in a Document Controller or project admin role within engineering, construction or infrastructure
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
