A specialist manufacturer of mechanical clamps and connectors for the oil & gas sector is seeking a QHSE Manager to join its team.
The Role:
You will play a key role in ensuring product quality, supplier performance and compliance, working across the full production lifecycle to maintain and improve quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO standards
- Conduct internal and supplier audits, including reporting and corrective actions
- Investigate non-conformances and implement root cause and corrective actions
- Work with suppliers to improve quality, delivery and compliance performance
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards
The Person - Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a Quality Engineering or QHSE role within manufacturing
- Strong background in product quality and supplier quality management
- Experience with audits, NCRs and continuous improvement processes
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
