  • Support the integration and standardisation of finance processes across UK and international operations.

  • Assist with ERP implementation, reporting improvements and the development of more efficient finance procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant finance experience, ideally as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Senior Accountant or similar.

  • Strong accounting knowledge, with an AAT qualification, equivalent training or demonstrable practical experience.

  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse financial information and resolve reporting issues.

  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial equipment or a similar technical environment would be beneficial.

  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work independently within an evolving business environment.

Why Apply?

  • Broad, hands-on finance role with significant autonomy and responsibility.

  • Work closely with the Finance Director and contribute to improvements across the finance function.

  • Opportunity to develop your responsibilities as the business integrates its financial systems and processes.
