Delve Search is an established specialist technical recruitment business based in Northwich, and we're growing our US recruitment team. We're looking for an enthusiastic, personable and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join us and develop a career within technical recruitment.
You don't necessarily need previous recruitment experience. If you're confident speaking to people, enjoy building relationships and are motivated by achieving results, this could be an excellent opportunity to get started.
You'll work with interesting technical businesses across the United States, helping them find the talent they need while building your own network, developing commercial skills and earning uncapped commission.
Following a structured training and development period, you'll take responsibility for managing recruitment assignments and developing relationships with clients and candidates.
Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Managing vacancies throughout the recruitment process, from initial briefing to placement.
Coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and helping to close successful placements.
Developing your own specialist market knowledge, professional network and reputation.
You'll receive training and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to become a successful recruitment consultant.
We're interested in people who are motivated to learn, enjoy working with others and want to build a long-term career in a commercial environment.
You could be a recent graduate or have experience in areas such as:
Account management or other client-facing roles.
Recruitment or another target-driven environment.
Previous recruitment experience isn't essential. Confident communicating with people , particularly over the phone.
25,000£35,000 basic salary , depending on experience.

~ Working Hours As you'll be working with clients and candidates across the United States, you'll need to be comfortable working later hours three days per week to accommodate the time difference.
