A well-established manufacturing business in the North West is seeking an ERP Specialist to take ownership of its ERP system following a recent implementation. This is a standalone, hands-on role with high visibility, supporting users across the business and driving system stability and continuous improvement.

The Role

You will act as the internal ERP expert, supporting finance, manufacturing, procurement, inventory and sales teams. Working closely with stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure the ERP system supports operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related support and issues.
  • Provide first-line user support, troubleshooting system, data and process issues.
  • Manage user access, security roles, permissions and system configuration.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and system personalisations.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, testing and release management.
  • Liaise with ERP vendors and support ERP-related projects and enhancements.

Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience supporting an ERP system in a live environment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a standalone ERP role.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working within manufacturing or distribution environments (desirable).
