Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take ownership of electrical assembly and production within a growing UK manufacturer? Our client, a respected conveyor systems specialist, is investing in its in-house production capability and is now looking for an Electrical Team Leader to strengthen and lead their electrical build function. This is a great role for someone who enjoys improving processes, mentoring others, and being the go-to expert on electrical assembly for complex, bespoke machinery.

The Role
As Electrical Team Lead, you will oversee all electrical production activities, including:
- Leading the electrical build of conveyor systems and automation equipment.
- Wiring, panel build, and electrical assembly to schematics and engineering drawings.
- Mentoring and developing a small electrical team / apprentices.
- Ensuring all builds meet safety standards and production quality requirements.
- Working with engineering and design teams to resolve issues and optimise build methods.
- Supporting testing, fault-finding, and commissioning when required.
- Driving continuous improvement in electrical production processes.
About You
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Strong electrical engineering background within machinery, automation, materials handling, or related manufacturing.
