Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take ownership of electrical assembly and production within a growing UK manufacturer? Our client, a respected conveyor systems specialist, is investing in its in-house production capability and is now looking for an Electrical Team Leader to strengthen and lead their electrical build function.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys improving processes, mentoring others, and being the go-to expert on electrical assembly for complex, bespoke machinery.

The Role

As Electrical Team Leader, you will oversee all electrical production activities, including:

  • Leading the electrical build of conveyor systems and automation equipment.
  • Wiring, panel build, and electrical assembly to schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Mentoring and developing a small electrical team / apprentices.
  • Ensuring all builds meet safety standards and production quality requirements.
  • Working with engineering and design teams to resolve issues and optimise build methods.
  • Supporting testing, fault-finding, and commissioning when required.
  • Driving continuous improvement in electrical production processes.

About You

You will be a great fit if you have:
