About the Company:
A global machinery manufacturing business, known for their innovative products and unmatched customer service, is looking to add to their sales team. With orders ranging from £20,000 to £2M, they cater to a diverse clientele across industries including manufacturing, logistics and warehousing.
The Role:
As Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales activity across your territory, growing existing accounts whilst actively developing new customers. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, identify new opportunities, and maximise revenue and margin performance. Regular customer visits are a key part of the role, alongside forecasting, CRM management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow customer relationships to secure new and repeat sales
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast and sales reports
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a regional or territory based B2B sales, ideally within machinery, capital equipment or engineering
- Strong commercial drive with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working remotely
