The Role

Working as part of a skilled and collaborative team, you will assemble, test and calibrate complex products, supporting both prototype development and production transition. This is a varied, hands-on role with the opportunity to progress into engineering or operations-focused positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical and mechanical assembly using technical drawings and schematics
  • Assembly, testing and calibration of high-value, precision products
  • Support prototype builds and new product introduction (NPI)
  • Work closely with engineering teams to improve processes and product performance
  • Run test procedures, collect data and complete technical documentation
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and output

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in electrical and mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
  • Experience working with R&D or Manufacturing Engineering teams
  • Strong attention to detail and inspection skills
  • Experience running test procedures and documenting results
