This role provides advanced coordination, workflow oversight, and operational leadership across multiple release pipelines, ensuring assets, metadata, documentation, and deliverables are accurately managed and executed in line with global release schedules. Acting as a central operational hub, the Senior Coordinator works with internal teams, vendors, post houses, and digital platform partners, proactively identifying issues, improving workflows, and supporting junior team members. Monitor, log, and track all incoming and outgoing technical assets with a high degree of accuracy. Assist with QAR pipelines, coordinating the distribution of approved assets. Manage asset library retrievals and support improvements to asset management workflows.
- Home Entertainment Support: Coordinate materials and support the creation of BOMs for home entertainment releases. Support QC emulation discs, print materials, and delivery components. After training, run and lead C&A–related projects independently.
