Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 months)

Position Summary

The Library Co-ordinator role supports the delivery of audio-visual material, scripts, metadata and artwork for acquired titles. The role will also involve the retrieval of client created dubs and subtitles across EMEA from local broadcasters.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee material delivery for acquired titles distributor on-boarding and ensuring material is delivered on time and to spec.
  • Handle QC rejections and remediation process.
  • Retrieval of client created TV dubs and subtitles across EMEA.
  • Raise P.O.s for material costs and keep track of received.
  • Update internal colleagues with regular status reports on the progress of deliveries as well as flagging up any issues or blockers in a timely manner.
  • Track metrics for the on time deliveries and right the first time deliveries.
  • Track material delivery for animation (video, audio, metadata) from production and distributors.
  • Deliver dubs, subtitles, video files and metadata to clients once the access agreement has been signed.
  • Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally with other members of EMEA Content Operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, as well as:

  • Experience in asset management databases.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Be well organised and be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Understanding of the mastering process is desirable.
