We’re searching for a strategic leader and skilled relationship-builder to lead our elite customer services team in London, overseeing the world’s biggest films, from scripting through to theatrical release — and beyond. As our Cinema Account Director, you’ll be the senior go-to partner for your customer’s global theatrical releases, leading a team through asset creation, technical production, and delivery pipelines.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the journey: As a senior member of an elite team, you’ll oversee and guide the full lifecycle of film titles — from scripting and localization through cinema mastering, theatrical delivery and licensing.
- Lead and develop the team: Manage, mentor, and support a team, setting the standard for service excellence and helping them grow.
- Be the connector: Unite Deluxe’s creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure clarity, cohesion, and momentum.
- Communicate with confidence: Keep clients and stakeholders informed, supported, and delighted every step of the way.
