Data Analyst
*Pay:* £15.38 per hour
*Location:* TW4
*Work arrangement:* On-site
*Schedule:* Rotational shifts, including weekends
We are looking for a detail-oriented *Data Analyst* with strong Excel and Power BI skills to support our workforce management and operations teams.
You will turn operational data into clear reports, dashboards and practical recommendations, helping managers understand performance, identify trends and improve day-to-day operations.
*Key responsibilities*
- Analyse operational and workforce data to identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.
- Use advanced Excel tools to organise, analyse and present data.
- Carry out root-cause and variance analysis to investigate performance issues.
- Validate data and check reports for accuracy and consistency.
- Present findings and recommendations to workforce management managers and operational stakeholders.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
*What we are looking for*
- Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or operations analytics.
- A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or a related subject, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and charts.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in trend analysis, root-cause analysis, variance analysis and data validation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain findings clearly.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work on-site and cover rotational shifts, including weekends.
*Desirable*
- Knowledge of Power BI DAX.
- Experience automating reports and improving reporting processes.
