Plexus is looking for a Business Development Lead DeFi to drive ecosystem expansion, identify strategic protocol partnerships, and help shape the future of on-chain finance as the platform scales from 0 to 1.

Role
  • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities for DeFi vertical
  • Managing and prioritizing a pipeline
  • Negotiating terms with DeFi protocols
  • Engaging with well-recognized DeFi protocols in the Ethereum ecosystem
Requirements
  • Experience in web3, crypto, and DeFi is required
  • Ability to read DeFi/Web3 market conditions
  • Experience in business development, crypto is preferred
  • Experience in traditional finance is a plus
