The Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in Leyland. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and candidates within the Transport and Logistics industry.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Transport and Logistics clients
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Matching candidates to suitable roles within the Transport and Logistics sector
