Job Title: Quality Systems Administrator Based at: Leyland Job Purpose: To ensure the day-to-day administration and operation of our clients Integrated Management System is maintained and meets the requirements of the sites certification and customer requirements, whilst providing QC administrative support throughout the business. Duties / Areas of Responsibility: * Support the Quality Team with maintaining the Company’s Integrated Management System including document control, conduction traceability tests and internal audits to the required frequency * Create, update and maintain the product packing specification system including new product set up, creation of outer case labels and approval of artwork * Maintain the approved supplier system to ensure all required information is present, correct and kept up to date. * Ensure the raw material / packaging system is controlled and kept up to date * Control and organise Gold & Black seal process * Support with audits and customer visits * Support with non-conformance /complaint investigations * Support the factory QC team where required * Gather production paperwork and ensure all is present and correct * Review and log microbiological results * Create certificates of analysis and certificates of conformity for the goods we produce as per our customer’s request * You may be required to undertake additional duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business Key Skills: * Excellent attention to detail * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact with all team members across the business * Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross function team and to manage relationships with others * Ability to plan, control and prioritise the workload to ensure minimal impact and delays throughout the process * Able to work within a rapidly changing environment and remain calm under pressure
