We are recruiting on behalf of a large, highly regulated utilities business supporting essential water and wastewater services across a wide geographic area in the South East of England.

About the opportunity
This is a 15-month contract for a Business Change Analyst supporting a major transformation programme delivering change across people, process and technology.
You will work closely with the Business Change Lead, programme team, managers and end users to help colleagues stay engaged, informed and supported throughout the transition.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities independently, and is comfortable helping to embed new ways of working.
What you will do
- Support the development and delivery of change management activities across the programme.
- Help implement change plans aligned to programme milestones.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement, analysis and communication activities.
- Gather feedback and insights from impacted business areas.
- Support change impact assessments, readiness activities and adoption planning.
- Assist with the coordination of workshops, briefings, engagement events and training-related activity.
- Maintain change logs, action trackers, stakeholder records and other documentation.
- Produce clear reporting and insights to support decision-making.
- Help embed new processes, systems, behaviours and ways of working.

- Experience working with managers, operational teams and end users.
