We're partnering with a leading global luxury brand to appoint a Technical Project Leadto own critical Real Estate technology platforms at a key stage of their lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someonewith strong stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills.

You'll lead occupant-facing and smart building applications through UAT, go-live, hypercare (ELS), and into BAU, ensuring successful delivery, stability, and long-term ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own technical delivery and governance for Real Estate applications
  • Lead UAT, defect triage, go-live planning and hypercare activities
  • Manage application handover, stabilisation and operational readiness
  • Assess technology feasibility and guide solution decisions
  • Manage technical risks, debt and platform sustainability
  • Lead technical project delivery across Real Estate initiatives
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Facilities, Workplace Services and external vendors
  • Drive change management, adoption and business readiness
  • Provide governance, reporting, documentation and roadmap planning

What We're Looking For

  • Technology Owner, Application Owner, Technical Project Lead or similar background
  • Experience delivering applications through UAT, go-live and hypercare/ELS
  • Smart Building, Workplace Technology, Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate experience

• Strong understanding of

  • Io T technologies
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Occupancy analytics
  • Building or workplace applications
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Strong project delivery and governance capability
  • Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships

Desirable

  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum experience
  • Change management qualifications or practical experience (Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent)
  • Global or multi-region delivery experience
  • Enterprise architecture, platform rationalisation or technology governance exposure
  • Knowledge of ISO27001 and GDPR environments
