Site Reliability Engineer

Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Location: London (2 days in-office) Day Rate: £600 – £650/day (Inside IR35) Contract: Initial 6 months Tech Stack: AWS – Kubernetes – Python – SRE – Site Reliability Engineer – EKS  Overview We’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a growing data platform team for a leading financial services client. Key Responsibilities Own and support critical parts of production and pre-production systems Guide infrastructure and systems design across teams Improve and extend monitoring, alerting, and reliability tooling Mentor developers on cloud and reliability best practices Write and maintain clear technical documentationRequired Experience: Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, ECS) Proficiency in a programming language – ideally Python or Go Familiar with Git, Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code principles Experience with Prometheus or similar monitoring/TSDB tools Confident working with teams at various stages of cloud maturity**PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU REQUIRE SPONSORSHIP
