I am currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Aviation client where you will be working as part of the transformation team.This role is critical in bridging our IT team and business areas, ensuring strategic and tactical changes are seamlessly integrated into our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop business cases and performance metrics to track project success.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring adequate resources and addressing skill gaps.
- Implement robust project governance, facilitating decision-making and reporting on progress.
- Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies, escalating as necessary.
- Align projects with the broader transformation portfolio to minimise business impact.
- Craft and execute effective communication plans for business change initiatives.
- Track and deliver business case benefits, facilitating lessons learned for future improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Essential: Professional qualifications in project/programme management with at least five years of relevant experience.
