We're looking for an experienced Product Lead to own the roadmap for a best-in-class situational awareness product suite, serving military and government customers. This is a director-level role - leading a team of Product Owners and aligning strategy across a whole suite of interoperating products, spanning air, maritime, and space domains.
What You'll Do
- Build a suite of products that are independently viable but also interoperate as part of a broader ecosystem
- Lead a team of Product Owners, aligning roadmaps and making key prioritisation decisions
- Spend real time with users and customers to understand what good looks like and inform product decisions
- Track the health of the product suite against its value, course-correcting where needed
What You'll Bring
- Experience in situational awareness, decision advantage software, or sensor-integrated data platforms - operational user-facing experience is a MUST
- A track record of building business cases, setting product strategy, and defining product metrics
- Strong understanding of Agile development within complex, concurrently developed product architectures
- Credibility and presence to work directly with senior customers, operators, and stakeholders
- The ability to cut through noise to find the signal, prioritising ruthlessly among competing demands
- Experience in leading a team of Product managers
